What does an AI agency do?
An AI agency helps businesses put artificial intelligence to productive use. At Waterglass that means: we analyse your processes, advise on strategy, build the right AI solutions – from automation to AI agents – and run them for you. Consulting, development and operations from one team, rather than a recommendation that leaves you on your own afterwards.
How much does an AI agency cost?
It depends on scope: a workshop or a compact consulting engagement is quick to price, a custom AI solution with ongoing operations is accordingly larger. We work with fixed offers rather than open-ended hourly lists. Tell us the task and you will get a free, no-obligation offer with clear costs.
How quickly will we see results?
Most projects deliver their first productive results within a few weeks. We deliberately start with one clearly scoped use case, show results early and expand from there. That keeps the effort manageable and lets you decide after the first step whether to continue.
Is using AI GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We run your AI solutions on European infrastructure, use European-hosted or open-source models on request, and make sure sensitive data never leaves your setup. Privacy is part of the architecture, not something bolted on afterwards.
Does our data have to go to a US provider?
No. There is a European option for practically every use case: models hosted in the EU, or open-source models we run entirely inside your environment or ours. Where a US model is clearly the better fit for the job, we say so and you decide.
What data do you need from us?
None at all for the intro call. For the process review, examples are usually enough: a few typical requests, a sample document, an extract from a report. Production data only comes into play once scope and legal basis are settled, and then within the limits you set.
We have no in-house IT team. Does this still work?
Yes, and that is the more common case. We then take on development and operations entirely, and all you need internally is one contact person who knows the process. Equally, we are happy to work as a sparring partner for an existing IT team.
Do you only work with companies in Vienna?
No. We are based in Vienna, but our clients are spread across Austria, Germany and Switzerland. In and around Vienna we are on site for meetings and workshops at no extra effort; everything else runs remotely or with scheduled on-site days.
Do you offer AI consulting without implementation?
Yes. If you need orientation first, we start with a compact AI consulting engagement: we review your processes, prioritise use cases and give a clear recommendation. You can implement with us or in-house afterwards – that is not a condition.
