We are Waterglass
It all began with chatbots in 2015
Waterglass was founded by Bernhard Hauser, a software entrepreneur since 2012, who was building custom WhatsApp chatbots for Uber, Danone, the United Nations and other clients more than ten years ago. He later worked as a Program Manager at Facebook (Meta) and went on to found a logistics startup with seven-figure funding, before dedicating himself fully to implementing AI in businesses.
The projects are delivered by a seasoned team headquartered in Vienna, with further locations beyond. Today we guide businesses across the DACH region on AI strategy, AI agents and new AI-led digital ventures.
