If you wish, we run a compact assessment and joint workshops with leadership and team, so that you end up with a prioritised AI strategy. And if you want, the consulting does not end there – we implement the identified use cases with AI agents and run them for you permanently on our European infrastructure.

What separates good AI consulting from a presentation is the willingness to advise against. Not every process gets better with AI, and some things are solved more cheaply with a rule or a cleaner form. Four steps from the first conversation to a recommendation your team can act on. After each step you decide whether the next one follows.

  1. Intro call

    A short conversation about your starting point, your goals and the scope. Afterwards you know whether and at what size a consulting engagement makes sense. Free and without obligation.

  2. Review processes and data

    We look at how the work is done, what data exists and what state it is in. The data situation is usually what decides a use case, not the choice of model.

  3. Prioritise the use cases

    In workshops with leadership and the business units we score the use cases we found by value, effort and risk, and put them into an order that holds up.

  4. Implement or hand over

    You get a roadmap with clear next steps. We implement it with you if you want, otherwise we hand over cleanly to your team or your existing provider.

It depends on the scope – from a compact assessment to a full strategy with workshops. After a short, free intro call you receive a fixed, no-obligation offer with scope, process and costs.
How quickly will we see results?
A compact assessment delivers clear first recommendations within a few weeks. How quickly something goes live after that depends on the use case – a first process can often be automated within a few months.
Do we need in-house AI expertise?
No. The consulting is designed so your team can follow without prior knowledge. After the workshops, your company can judge AI decisions itself – that is an explicit goal of the engagement.
Do you also consult on site?
Yes. We are based in Vienna and work across the DACH region – workshops and assessments happen at your offices or remote, whichever suits your team best.
Do you implement the recommendations too?
Yes, if you want us to. We build the prioritised use cases with custom AI agents and run them permanently – or we support your team as a sparring partner if you prefer to implement in-house.
How is AI consulting different from AI strategy consulting?
The terms are often used interchangeably. For us, AI consulting is the broader entry point: an assessment of where you stand, which use cases are concrete and what the next steps are. AI strategy consulting goes deeper and delivers a full roadmap including governance and ownership.
Our data is scattered and partly on paper. Is consulting worth it then?
Especially then. A realistic look at the data is part of the engagement and prevents the most common expensive mistake: starting an AI project whose data foundation would have to be built first. Often the sensible first step is a different one than expected.
How much of our time does this take?
For a compact engagement, typically one workshop day plus a few conversations with the business units. What matters more than the hours is that the people who actually run the processes are in the room, not only the layer above them.
Are we tied to you after the consulting?
No. The assessment, the prioritisation and the roadmap are yours, and you can take them to whoever you like. If you want us to implement, we make a separate offer for that which you can judge on its own merits.
