Common questions for our AI agency

Do you have an office in Munich?
No, we are based in Vienna. For workshops and process reviews we come to Munich; the ongoing collaboration runs remotely. That is the norm for software projects anyway and usually the cheaper route for you, because you are not co-funding an agency presence.
Will our data be processed in Germany?
On request, yes. We run AI solutions on European infrastructure and can use models hosted in Germany or elsewhere in the EU. We put in writing up front which data flows where – necessary in any case for a data processing agreement.
What does an AI project cost for a mid-sized company?
It depends on scope: a workshop with a written assessment is far quicker to price than a custom solution with ongoing operations. How long until the first result?

What is the difference between an AI agency and a management consultancy?
A classic consultancy delivers the recommendation and you find someone to implement it. We do both: we advise on strategy and then build and run the solution. If you only need the advisory part, that works just as well.
We already have Microsoft 365 and Copilot. Do we need you at all?
For general writing and research work, often not. It gets interesting for anything that needs your own data, your domain logic or your systems: that is where a standard product runs out of scope, and where custom solutions start.
Is using AI GDPR-compliant?
Yes, when it is set up properly. We settle legal basis, data scope and retention up front, work on European infrastructure and avoid personal data reaching a model without need. Privacy belongs in the architecture, not in a statement added afterwards.
Do you offer AI consulting on its own?
Yes. If you need orientation first, we start with a compact AI consulting engagement: review the processes, prioritise use cases, give a clear recommendation. Whether you implement with us or in-house afterwards is your call.
