Common questions for our AI agency

Are you based in Salzburg?
No, we are based in Vienna. For workshops and process reviews we come to Salzburg; the rest runs remotely. That is the usual way software projects work anyway, and you are not paying towards a local branch office.
Is AI worth it for a small business?
Often yes, because in a small team every hour saved is felt directly. What matters is not company size but whether there is a task that is frequent, repetitive and written down. That is what we check in the intro call, and if we find nothing, we say so.
What does getting started cost?
The intro call is free and without obligation. After that we work with a fixed price per step, so you know what each step costs before it starts. A workshop with a written assessment is a far smaller commitment than a custom solution with ongoing operations.
We serve customers in Austria and Germany. Does that make a difference?
Legally the GDPR applies in both countries, which simplifies a lot. The differences are more practical: invoice and document formats, or language variants in customer contact. Cases like that are straightforward to handle as long as they are known up front.
Where is our data processed?
On European infrastructure. On request we use models hosted in the EU, or open-source models running entirely in an environment controlled by you or by us. We put in writing up front what flows where.
We have no in-house IT team. Does this still work?
Yes, and among smaller clients that is the rule rather than the exception. We take on development and operations completely. Internally you need one person who knows the process well and can answer questions, and nothing beyond that.
How long until the first result?
Usually a few weeks to the first productive use case. We deliberately keep the starting scope small so that something usable exists early and you can decide with real numbers afterwards.
Do you offer AI consulting on its own?
Yes. If you need orientation first, we start with a compact AI consulting engagement: review the processes, prioritise use cases, give a clear recommendation. You can then implement with us or in-house.
