Your Role
You will be leading the engineering efforts at Waterglass.ai with the goal to not only create stand-alone applications, but AI-enabled business ventures. You will play a critical role in deploying cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems.
You will work on projects for clients based in the US and Europe, as well as work on AI-enabled in-house ventures from scratch.
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications, including but not limited to fine-tuned models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, while exploring innovative ways to enhance AI-driven workflows
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using a JavaScript-based stack (Node.js, React, etc.), along with Python applications for advanced data processing, data handling and model integration
- Prototype and refine agentic workflows using n8n.io and similr low-code/no-code platforms to quickly validate solutions
Your Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a fullstack developer, with a strong background in JavaScript-based technologies
- 1+ years of deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), along with a strong overall interest in the AI space to stay on top of developments
- Understanding of data science principles, including data preprocessing and model evaluation
- Hands-on experience with n8n.io or similar workflow automation tools to build prototypes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Located in or within commuting distance of Vienna, Austria
- Fluency in English

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary starting from €60,000 (annually, gross, full-time equivalent) based on experience and impact, with the potential for increased compensation based on relevant experience.
